How the 2026 Passes Work

You choose one of three passes: Gold (£300), Experience (£150), or Standard (£100). The full amount becomes tour credit you can use on Volkan’s Adventures tours throughout 2026 and beyond.
No one loses money: £100 = £100 credit, £150 = £150 credit, £300 = £300 credit. It’s as straightforward as that.

Once a year I choose one couple from our 2026 Pass holders and invite them to Dalyan for a full week of what my friends call “The Volkan Treatment”.

15th January – New Catalogue Launch
The full 2026 tour catalogue goes live and the 45-day discount window begins. Public discount (example: 10%) applies to everyone, whilst pass holders enjoy extra boosts: Gold gets 50% extra, Experience gets 25% extra on top of the public rate.
The prize draws for all pass holders will take place on 15 January 2026, the same day we release our brand-new tour catalogue.

- Contact me directly: Send me a message with your preferred tours and dates. I’ll manually apply your credit and discount, then send you a confirmation. Sometimes the personal touch is best.
Full instructions, including your unique pass code and booking guidelines, are sent via email immediately after your purchase. You’ll have everything you need to start planning your 2026 adventures straight away.

We believe in complete transparency. Here are the important details about the 2026 Pass Campaign:
Pass Availability & Pricing
Maximum of 100 passes available across all tiers. Gold Pass: £300, Experience Pass: £150, Standard Pass: £100. First come, first served – when they’re gone, they’re gone.
Tour Credit Terms
The full amount paid becomes tour credit with equivalent value. Credit never expires and can be used on almost all Volkan’s Adventures tours in 2026 and beyond. Credit is not convertible to cash and is non-transferable.
Special Prizes & Gifts
All prizes including the Annual Thank-You Holiday and free transfer opportunities must be used by 31st December 2027. Gift selections are conducted privately and transparently, with results communicated directly to pass holders.
Discount Periods
The 45-day early-booking discount window begins 15th January 2026. Exact discount percentages will be displayed on tour pages when the catalogue launches. Additional member promotions will be announced throughout the season.
