Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a lottery or raffle?

No. You are buying tour credit that has full value and never expires. As a thank-you, pass holders are included in members-only gifts like the Annual Holiday and free transfers. Any selections for gifts are done privately, not on social media.

How do the discounts work during the 45-day period?

From 31st January for 30 days, we offer a public early-booking discount on all or most tours. Gold and Experience holders get extra percentage on top of that public discount. Exact percentages will be clearly shown on each tour page when the catalogue launches.

Do the passes expire?

Your tour credit does not expire – ever. The special gifts (1-week holiday, free transfers) must be used by the end of 2027, but your credit remains valid indefinitely.

Can I use my pass on any tour?

Yes, you can use your credit on almost all Volkan’s Adventures tours in 2026 and beyond. If there are any special exclusions (for example, external partner events), they will be clearly marked in the catalogue.

Can I combine my pass with other discounts later in the season?

Yes, absolutely. When we run Gold or Experience-only promotions, you can use your credit to pay and still enjoy your member discount on top. Double the value, double the savings.

Is the pass refundable?

Normally, passes are non-refundable, but if your life situation changes dramatically, contact me directly and we’ll look at options together. I never leave people stuck – we’re a community, not a corporation.

Pass Availability & Pricing

Maximum of 100 passes available across all tiers. Gold Pass: £300, Experience Pass: £150, Standard Pass: £100. First come, first served – when they’re gone, they’re gone.

Tour Credit Terms

The full amount paid becomes tour credit with equivalent value. Credit never expires and can be used on almost all Volkan’s Adventures tours in 2026 and beyond. Credit is not convertible to cash and is non-transferable.

Special Prizes & Gifts

All prizes including the Annual Thank-You Holiday and free transfer opportunities must be used by 31st December 2027. Gift selections are conducted privately and transparently, with results communicated directly to pass holders.
