Your journey begins the moment you step out of Dalaman Airport. Your private luxury VIP transfer vehicle will be waiting to drive you directly to your accommodation in Dalyan (approx. 40–50 minutes), ensuring a smooth, stress-free arrival with cold refreshments on board.

Stage 3: The Imperial Feast Across the River (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM) 🥘
Directly after your relaxing Hammam session, you will head to the water. At 1:00 PM, you’ll be picked up from the Çandır jetty and taken across the river to an incredible, traditionally built all-wood building featuring a large balcony looking out over the magnificent Dalyan Delta.
The family who owns this hidden paradise are master chefs who have made traditional Turkish flavors their lifestyle. They will prepare centuries-old, legendary Ottoman recipes slow-cooked in a traditional wood oven with love and empathy. Your fixed menu features rare regional specialties you won’t find on standard restaurant strips, including exceptional local mezes, traditional wood-fired Tongu Pide (inspired by a legendary 200-year-old recipe invented in Izmir), and the majestic Chicken Topkapı—a historic, rich main course named after the Ottoman palace itself.
Lunch finishes around 3:00 PM, but timing remains flexible. If you prefer, you can take a peaceful 20-minute forest and village walk through Çandır to soak in the incredible surroundings before your return transfer.
