Located near by the Dalyan River, Villa Candurmaz is a small development of nine self catering two bedroom villas. All relatively new and spotlessly clean, they are located in a beautiful riverside garden with fresh fruit (oranges, pomegranites and lemons) just hanging on the trees, creating the most tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.
It features an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned apartments with a kitchenette. The apartments at Candurmaz Villa are fitted with elegant wooden furniture. The kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, stove and a dining area. A seating area is also standard. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing and relxation with it’s comfortable sun loungers. The front desk is available 24/7. Laundry services can also be provided by Villa Candurmaz.
The Dalyan town centre with it’s plethora of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops is only a 5-minute walk along the beautiful river road, or ‘love road’ as locals like to refer to it. The famous Iztuzu Beach, the main breeding grounds for loggerhead sea turtles, is 8 km from Villa Candurmaz. Dalaman Airport is 30 km away. Free public parking is available on site.
The pool is so clean that you wonder how they keep it that way and the owners just cannot do enough for you.
The owners also run a small café by the river which makes the best pancakes in Dalyan. There is a lovely atmosphere here and it complements Dalyan village very well.
Villa Candurmaz is perfect for couples who want a peaceful retreat, or for larger groups who want to be in the same place whilst still maintaining their indepdendence away from the confines of a hotel.
