Whether you are flying in from Istanbul or arriving via VIP transfer from Cappadocia, our team will meet you and transfer you to your boutique hotel in Erzincan. Take the afternoon to settle in before we gather for a welcome dinner featuring slow-roasted Eastern Anatolian specialties.

Your trip includes a complimentary arrival transfer. To ensure this service is arranged, please provide your flight details to us at least 14 days before your travel date. For further instructions on meeting your transfer driver after exiting the arrivals hall, refer to the ‘Joining Point Instructions’ section in the Essential Trip Information.
Notice:
Guests have the option to arrive a day or two early to adjust, settle in, and enjoy some leisure time exploring Erzincan city and Ergan mountain at their own pace before the tour begins. Additionally, after our 8-day program, guests are welcome to extend their stay to soak up more of Ergan’s vibrant atmosphere and hidden gems.
Should you decide to arrive early or stay longer, please inform us at least two weeks before the tour so we can arrange the appropriate accommodation. We will do our best to keep you at the same starting and ending accommodation, but while this may not always be possible, rest assured we’ll find the best solution to ensure your comfort.
After breakfast, we take a short VIP transfer to the base of Ergan Ski Resort. We’ll handle your ski and snowboard fittings so you can head straight for the modern cable cars. Spend the day exploring the lower and mid-mountain pistes to find your snow legs, stopping for hot salep (a traditional winter drink) at a mountain-side café.
A full day dedicated to the slopes. With Turkey’s longest natural snow duration, Ergan offers incredible powder. For those with energy left after sunset, Ergan features fully illuminated slopes—giving you the rare opportunity to experience the thrill of night skiing under the stars.
We give your legs a rest from the slopes today to explore the surrounding culture. We’ll visit the spectacular Girlevik Waterfall, which freezes completely in winter, creating massive, dramatic ice stalactites. In the afternoon, we stroll through Erzincan’s historic Bakırcılar Çarşısı (Copper Bazaar), where artisans still hand-hammer copper using centuries-old techniques.
Back to the mountain. Today we take the high-capacity lifts all the way up to the highest accessible peaks. The advanced and intermediate runs from the top offer uninterrupted, sweeping views of the frozen valleys below. As always, we maintain our plastic-free travel commitment—glass water bottles and thermos flasks of hot tea will be waiting in the VIP vehicles.
Your day, your pace. Hit the slopes for another full day of skiing, or opt for alternative winter excursions. Ergan offers fantastic terrain for snowshoeing, and the frozen lake at the base often hosts ice skating. Our team is on standby to facilitate whichever unhurried adventure you choose.
Take your final morning runs to carve your favorite pistes one last time. In the evening, we gather at one of Erzincan’s finest local restaurants for a farewell dinner, celebrating a week of winter wonders and sharing stories from the snow.
