Jeep Safari

Our Jeep Safari is designed to show you the local area whilst enjoying a fun filled day in our 4 x 4 Jeeps. We will show you breath-taking view from Radar Mountain, take in the Lycian Tombs, enjoy Swim breaks and travel through the Amber Forest. Be prepared to get wet but a perfect way to avoid the heat of the mid-day sun.

We start our journey when we pick you up from your accommodation between 9.00-9.30, we then hop on board our Jeeps and  head to our first stop in the Amber Forest, this area is

A Special Environmental Protected Area (SEPA) of Köyceğiz and Dalyan. Its Liquidambar forests cover a 286 hectares zone and is set aside as a nature reserve for the preservation of the species. Liquid amber is also known as sweet gum and the smells that eradiate from the tree are frankincense and Myrhh. We then head for a swim break in old koycegiz , a beautiful untouched spot and right in the heart of nature. Once everyone has cooled off, we head to our next stop at Yuvarlakcay river , again here you can stop for a swim in the crystal clear cold water before we head to the local restaurant for lunch. You will give your choice of food at the start of the day and on arrival it will be waiting for you.

Once our tummy’s are full we climb back on board and head to Asi Bay. A beautiful little bay that is accessed by a small road heading through the forest. Here you can relax, swim, enjoy a drink or maybe if brave enough you can try the Zip wire that goes across the bay. ( extra charge, paid locally) After our stop here we head back up the mountain to our last stop of the day, and quite easily our most breath-taking, the view over Iztuzu beach from Radar Mountain. The views here stretch as far as Koycegiz lake and town a perfect spot for to capture those holiday memories with a selfie.

We then head back to Dalyan arriving between 5.30-6.00pm. An off the beaten track day but also a fun adventurous day, perfect for families.
