You must call 21 days ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. There are no or only partial refunds for cancellations within 21 days of your tour departure date, or if you decide not to show up.
You must cancel your tour 10 days prior to departure for 50% refund.
Depending on the payment method you used when making the transaction, your refund will be returned to same gateway within 7-14 days of the approval of the refund.
If you have made a payment via PAYPAL, we will make a refund to your PAYPAL account
If you have made a payment via CREDIT CARD directly on our website, we will make a refund to your CREDIT CARD account
If you have made a payment via DIRECT DEBIT, we will make a refund to your DIRECT DEBIT account

FOR GIFT VOUCHERS & RAFFLE TICKETS
Gift vouchers and raffle tickets are not refundable. However, if you have an unordinary case, we will do our best to process your request. Due to currency fluctuations in Turkey, your refund on Gift Vouchers and Raffle tickets may take up to 90 days, when sales are on in your currency. Thank you for understanding.
